Mr Mohseni represented me in purchasing two homes in 2012. It was a difficult time in the real estate market and I was looking for homes with specific attributes. Mr Mohseni did an excellent job in finding these homes and with the negotiations with the two sellers. Mr Mohseni did research and found out important deal points on both properties. He was especially effective in dealing with the first home which was bank owned. On the second property Mr Mohseni skilfully worked through a problem which developed with the seller's agent during the negotiation process. It is always nice when your agent solves problems before they balloon out of proportion. Once the properties were in escrow Mr Mohseni was knowledgeable and persistent in making sure all of the escrow process was completed in a timely manner. Both properties closed on time. I would certainly recommend Mr Mohseni to anyone who is interested in finding the right house at the right price and have the deal go through.

Ardy was a blessing. If we hadn't met him, we don't know if we would have found our home. He found exactly what we were looking for. He was very efficient and communicated with us throughout the whole process never leaving us with any questions unanswered. Great Real Estate Agent.. I am a first time home buyer. I was not enough educated for buying a house. Ardy personally invited me in his office. Gave a tutorial and explained the market in and around the area I was looking to purchase a home. Time was quite competitive as I was buying house when there were few homes on market and more buyers due to reduced interest rates. Ardy went above and beyond his duty and got us a house we liked only 3K above asking on the same day. I can go for hours to write about his quality and knowledge as realtor but shortly will see out of 10 or 12 realtors that I have dealt with in home buying exercise he was the best. I on wish I had met Ardy earlier in our search for a new home! He was aggressive when narrowed in on particular houses and provide excellent advise on managing negotiations. We have used Ardy several times. Once when we needed a place to lease for a couple of years and again when we were ready to buy. He has never let us down.
